• The puppy is in good health at the time of purchase. If the buyer takes the puppy to the vet and finds there is a defect within a seven day week from the date of pick up, seller will refund full cost of the puppy with in this one week time frame. The puppy must be brought back with a statement from the veterinarian state the defect as well as registration papers and health record. Buyer is responsible for all veterinarian and transportation fees after the puppy leaves the seller.

• Buyer agrees to follow up with deworming, vacinations and spay/neutar after puppy leaves seller.

• Seller does not guarantee size, color or coat or puppy. An estimate is based from parents. Everything is estimated to the best of my ability.

• Seller will take back puppy at any time if the puppy can not stay with buyer. However, no refund will be made.

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not included in refunds after the shipping date.

• Buyer agrees not to resell puppy. If the puppy can not stay with buyer the puppy must come back to the seller.

• Seller is not liable for any virus, bacteria or parasites after the puppy leaves the seller.
